Mr. David E. Simonelli is President Dredging Division of the Company. Mr. Simonelli was named PresidentDredging Division in April 2010. Mr. Simonelli has overall responsibility for the Dredging Division which includes safety, estimating, engineering, domestic and international operations and plant and equipment. He was named a Vice President of the Company in 2002 and Special Projects Manager in 1996. He joined the Company in 1978 as a Civil Engineer and has since held positions of increasing responsibility in domestic and international operations and project management since 2010.

Great Lakes Dredge Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Great Lakes' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Great Lakes inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Great.
