Izabela Roman - TD Holdings Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Dr. Izabela Roman is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GLG Pharma S.A. She has over 22 years of clinical research and pharmaceutical experience. She was previously Vice President, Medical and Scientific Affairs for Schering Laboratories, where she and her team were responsible for planning, designing, and conducting all of the companys Phase IV, quality of life, and health economics studies. She had also been responsible for worldwide regulatory compliance as well as worldwide clinical development of several key prescription and OTC products, including the preparation and submission of PLAs for Scherings products internationally. Dr. Roman also spent several years at Merck, where her last position was as a Director in their clinical pharmacology area. In 19992000, she served as President of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Physicians, an organization of approximately 1, 200 physicians involved in clinical research. She has also served as a consultant and presented to the FDA Subcommittee on Orally Inhaled Nasal Drug Products. Dr. Roman cofounded Target Research Associates and was responsible for Clinical Operations, which includes project management, monitoring, drug safety, and all medicalrelated activities. She has served on the boards of the PAA, the Paderewski Orchestra and PALPAC Polish American Leadership Political Action Committee.
