Sundar previously served as Googles Senior Vice President of Products from October 2014 to October 2015, and as Googles Senior Vice President of Android, Chrome and Apps from March 2013 to October 2014. Since joining Google in April 2004, Sundar has held various positions, including Googles Senior Vice President, Chrome and Apps Senior Vice President, Chrome and Vice President, Product Management. Prior to joining Google, Sundar worked in engineering and product management at Applied Materials, Inc., a semiconductor company, and in management consulting at McKinsey Company, a management consulting firm. Sundar holds a MS degree in materials science and engineering from Stanford University, a MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors in metallurgical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. since 2017.
