Mr. Gray was employed by Holly Corporation for over 30 years and retired in October 1999 at which time Mr. Gray was Senior Vice President Marketing and Supply. Mr. Gray brings to the Board forty years of experience in pipeline refining and marketing and supply. Mr. Gray also brings business and management expertise and extensive knowledge of and a unique perspective on regulatory matters affecting our industry as a result of his government experience. since 2008.
