Mr. Roland W. Kohl is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Highway Holdings Limited. He was the founder of the Company and was its Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1990. He was a Director of the Company since March 1, 1995. He has overall responsibility for the daytoday operations of the Company and its subsidiaries. Prior to forming the Company, Mr. Kohl was the Managing Director of Dialbright Company Limited, a camera manufacturer located in China. Mr. Kohl received a degree in mechanical engineering and has over twenty years experience in managing factories and manufacturing operations in China. Mr. Kohl is a German national and resides in Hong Kong.
