Mr. Thomas Orion Foster, III is Director of Nobilis Health Corporationration Mr. Foster practiced federal and crossborder taxation for 30 years at Exxon. In addition, Mr. Foster private practiced law specializing in tax and restructuring. Mr. Foster received his LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law, his JD from Baylor University School of Law and his BBA from Baylor University School of Business. Mr. Foster is a CPA and admitted to practice law in the State of Texas. Mr. Foster has maintained a private law practice since 1997. In 2010, he joined the Nobilis Board of Directors. In 2011, Mr. Foster joined as its CFO. He resigned that position and began as the companies outside Chief Tax Counsel in February 2012. In July 2014, Mr. Foster was appointed to the Nobilis Board of Directors. Mr. Foster is currently a member of the Nobilis Audit Committee and Compensation Nomination and Corporationrationrate Governance Committee. since 2017.
