Mr. Gregg K. Vernon, P.Eng., is an Independent Director of Hemisphere Energy Corporationration Mr. Vernon is a designated professional engineer with over 30 years of international oil and gas industry experience, including managing and administrating major projects in China, Eastern Canada and South America. He is currently the President of Bohica Oil Gas. Previously, Mr. Vernon was the interim Chief Operating Officer of PetroMagdalena Energy Corporationration, a Canadianbased international oil and gas exploration and production company until its sale in 2012. He is one of the founders of Petro Andina Resources Ltd., a Canadian company with operations in South America. Mr. Vernon diverse technical experience provides a strong asset to the Hemispheres Board of Directors. He is a University of Alberta graduate with his degree in Engineering and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. since 2006.
