Mr. Alexander Von Furstenberg is a Director of IACInterActiveCorporation Mr. von Furstenberg currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ranger Global Advisors, LLC, a family office focused on valuebased investing, which he founded in June 2011. Prior to founding Ranger, Mr. von Furstenberg founded Arrow Capital Management, LLC, a private investment firm focused on global public equities, where he served as CoManaging Member and Chief Investment Officer from 2003 to 2011. Mr. von Furstenberg has served as member of the board of directors of Expedia Group, Inc. since December 2015, Liberty Expedia Holdings, Inc. since November 2016 and La Scogliera, an Italian financial holding company and bank, since December 2016. Since 2001, he has acted as Chief Investment Officer of Arrow Finance, LLC, the private investment office that serves his family. Mr. von Furstenberg also serves as a partner and CoChairman of Diane von Furstenberg Studio, LLC. In addition to his forprofit affiliations, Mr. Von Furstenberg serves as a director of The Dillervon Furstenberg Family Foundation and as a member of the board of directors of Friends of the High Line. In nominating Mr. von Furstenberg, the Board considered his private investment and public board experience, which the Board believes give him particular insight into capital markets and investment strategy, as well as a high level of financial literacy. Mr. von Furstenberg is Mr. Diller stepson. since 2008.
