Mr. Jason Schaefer is no longer Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Iconix Brand Group, Inc., effective as of December 7, 2018. From May 2008 until September 2013, He served as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since September 2013. From May 2008 until September 2013, Mr. Schaefer served as General Counsel of Pegasus Capital Advisors, L.P., a private equity fund. From March 2006 to May 2008, he advised on merger and acquisition transactions in both the private and public space at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld LLP. Prior to that time, Mr. Schaefer was an associate in the corporate group of Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton and Garrison LLP, an international law firm since 2013.
