Mr. Kannappan previously served on the board of directors of Mattson Technology, Inc. from 1998 to 2016 including in the role of Chairman, from July 2014 to May 2016, and of Integrated Device Technology, Inc., including in the role of Chairman, from 2000 to 2008. We believe that Mr. Kannappans industry and management experience qualifies him to serve on the Board of Directors. since 2017.
