Ms. Decker She was a Principal of Deck3 Ventures LLC a consulting and advisory firm in San Francisco California since 2009. From 2009 to 2010 she was an EntrepreneurinResidence at Harvard Business School. Prior to that Ms. Decker served as President of Yahoo Inc. a global Internet company in Sunnyvale California from 2007 to 2009 as Executive Vice President of the Advertiser and Publisher Group of Yahoo from 2006 to 2007 and as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO of Yahoo from 2000 to 2007. Prior to joining Yahoo Ms. Decker was with the investment banking firm Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette for 14 years most recently as the Global Director of Equity Research. Ms. Decker is also a member of the Berkshire Hathaway Inc. and Costco Wholesale Corporation boards of directors. since 2012.
