Ms. Adamany also serves as a director of BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. and previously served on the board of directors of AMEC Foster Wheeler plc, a consultancy, engineering, project management, operations construction services, project delivery and specialized power equipment services company, from October 2012 until October 2017, as well as National Grid plc, an electricity and gas generation, transmission and distribution company, from November 2006 until October 2012 since 2022.
