Mr. Yun Zheng has served as our Vice President Research Development of Wowo Limited, since May 2011. Mr. Zheng has over 10 years of experience in technology and product development and management in internet industry. Prior to joining us, Mr. Zheng founded ju690.com and served as its chief executive officer, in 2006. Mr. Zheng joined UltraPower to set up application development department and took the position of chief technology officer in March 2005. From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Zheng worked at LinkTone and took the position of senior project officer. From 20002004, Mr. Zheng took positions including programmer, development manager and chief technology officer at TomoSoft, principally in telecom data services development since 2011.
