Mr. David Foster is an Independent Director of Kaiser Aluminum Corporationrationration. Mr. Foster is also a consultant to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, working on the Roosevelt Project, a threeyear research project focused on energy technology and economic development. Mr. Foster was Senior Advisor to the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy from June 2014 to January 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Foster was Executive Director of BlueGreen Alliance, a strategic national partnership between labor unions and environmental organizations to expand the jobcreating potential of the green economy and improve the rights of workers at home and around the world, from June 2006 to June 2014 and an adjunct faculty member of the University of Minnesota from January 2003 to June 2014. Mr. Foster was also previously a director of the USW for District 11. since 2009.
