Mr. Yu resigned from the position of independent nonexecutive director of VXL Capital Limited, listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from 27 May 2014. since 2013.

Keck Seng Investments Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Keck Seng's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Keck Seng inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Keck.
