Marguerite Kudelski - Kudelski Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors

Dr. Marguerite Kudelski was NonExecutive Member of the Board of Directors at Kudelski S.A. since May 2, 2006. She is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. She graduated from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne with a Doctorate in Microtechnology and Engineering degree in Microtechnology. She also graduated from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland with an Executive Masters of Business Administration in 2006. Her professional career began at the EPFLs Laboratory of Electromechanics and Electrical Machines, where she worked from 1991 to 1999. During this period she also worked as a research and development engineer within the Nagra Audio division of the Kudelski Group. In 1999, she became the Head of RD with Precel SA in Neuchtel before being appointed as CEO and Board member of the same company in 2000, positions that she occupied until the end of 2002. After completing a number of marketing and financial analysis projects for NagraID in 2003, she took responsibility for certain key projects for the Group within the Finance Department from 2004 to 2006. From 2007 to 2011, she worked as a consultant, offering services such as business development and management consulting. In December 2011, she took over the management of Nagra Audio, which was transferred by the Group to Audio Technology Switzerland SA for which she serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Until the end of 2014, she was in charge of the RD department of ATS. Since 2017, she is a Board member of Bovay Partenaires SA and Wire Art Switzerland SA. She is also Member of the Expert Committee of Switzerland Innovation. since 2006.
