He also served as a director of iGATE Corporation from April 2013 until July 2015, UBS AG from 2008 to May 2018, and Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2008 to May 2018. Mr. Parrett is a member of the Board of Directors of New York Foundation for Senior Citizens. Mr. Parrett is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license. since 2007.
