Mr. Sherrill W. Hudson, CPA, is an Independent Director of Lennar Corporationrationration. He has served as a director of our Company since January 2008. Mr. Hudson served as the Chairman of TECO Energy, Inc., an energyrelated holding company, from January 2013 until July 2016. Previously, Mr. Hudson was Executive Chairman of TECO Energy from August 2010 to December 2012, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TECO Energy from 2004 until August 2010. Prior to joining TECO Energy in July 2004, Mr. Hudson spent 37 years with Deloitte Touche LLP until he retired in 2002. Mr. Hudson is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Hudson serves on the Boards of Directors of CBIZ, Inc. and United Insurance Holdings Corporationration and, from 2003 until April 2015, served on the Board of Directors of Publix Supermarkets, Inc. He is also Chairman of the Florida Chapter of the National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors. since 2008.
