Mr. Gerard was the Chairman of CBIZ, Inc., a provider of professional business services to individuals and companies throughout the United States, since October 2002. Mr. Gerard was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of CBIZ, Inc. in October 2000, and served as its CEO until his retirement in March 2016. From July 1997 to October 2000, Mr. Gerard served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Great Point Capital, Inc., an operations and financial consulting firm. From September 1992 to July 1997, Mr. Gerard served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Triangle Wire Cable, Inc., and its successor, Ocean View Capital, Inc., a manufacturer of residential, commercial and industrial wire and cable products. Prior to that, Mr. Gerard spent sixteen years in various corporate finance and banking positions at Citibank, N.A. and spent seven years at the American Stock Exchange, last serving as Vice President of its Securities Division since 2000.
