Mr. Todd J. Teske is a Lead Independent Director of Lennox International Inc. He has served as a director of our company since 2011 and as Lead Director since May, 2015. He is the Chair of the Board Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation and Human Resources Committee. Since 2010, Mr. Teske has served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Briggs Stratton Corporationrationration, a world leader in gasoline engines for outdoor power equipment, portable generators, and lawn and garden powered equipment and related accessories. Before becoming CEO of Briggs Stratton in January 2010, he served as its President and Chief Operating Officer, President of its power products business, head of corporate development and Controller since 2022.
