Mr. Kever serves on the boards of directors of 3D Systems Corporation, a provider of 3D printing, rapid prototyping and manufacturing solutions, and has served as a director of Tyson Foods, Inc., a food processing company, ACI Worldwide, Inc., a payment systems company, and Emdeon Corporationrationration, a provider of revenue and payment cycle solutions since 1996.
