Ms. Sherry Coutu CBE is no longer NonExecutive Director of London Stock Exchange Group Plc effective 26 April 2016. She was an investor and a Director of New Energy Finance from 2006 to 2009 and was a NonExecutive Director and Senior Independent Director of RM Plc from 1998 to 2007 where she also served as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee. From 2006 to 2010 Sherry was a Trustee of the National Endowment for Science Technology and Arts . In 1995 Sherry founded Interactive Investor International and served as CEO and Chairman from 1995 to 2001. Other current appointments Sherry currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Linkedin.com Care.com and is an external NonExecutive Director of the University of Cambridge and a member of the Finance Committee and Chairs the Financial Strategy Advisory Group. Sherry is also a NonExecutive Director of Zoopla Cambridge Temperature Concepts Cambridge Assessment Cambridge University Press Raspberry Pi and Artfinder. since 2014.

EQUUS MINING Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the EQUUS MINING's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: EQUUS MINING inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of EQUUS. The board's role is to monitor EQUUS MINING's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. EQUUS MINING's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, EQUUS MINING's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
