He has served as a director, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty TripAdvisor since July 2013 and as its Chairman of the Board since June 2015. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Qurate Retail, since March 2018, and as a director of Qurate Retail since November 2005. Mr. Maffei also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Qurate Retail from February 2006 to March 2018, having served as its CEOElect from November 2005 through February 2006. Prior thereto, Mr. Maffei served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Oracle Corporation, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of 360networks Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation . since 2007.
