Mr. Jeremy R. Whitaker is Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective April 22, 2019. He currently Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Whitaker will continue to serve as chief financial officer of the company, a position he has held since September 2011. Whitaker also served as the company interim chief executive officer for a brief period during 2015. Before joining the company as chief financial officer, Mr. Whitaker also served as our Senior Director of Finance and Accounting from February 2006 to September 2010 and our Director of Finance and Accounting from August 2005 to February 2006. Prior to August 2005, Mr. Whitaker held vice president and director level finance and accounting positions with two publiclytraded companies and worked in the assurance practice at Ernst Young LLP for six years since 2019.
