Mr. Scott L. Wessel is Senior Vice President, Digital and Technology Solutions of the company. Mr. Wessel was in this position since 2013. He currently oversees all aspects of the TechnologyDigital environment and provides executive oversightdirection for all technological, infrastructure, application, and digital solutions as well as the information security program at both MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI. Previously, Mr. Wessel spent over 20 years at MGM Resorts International, which included a 4year assignment in Macau. During his time with MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, he held various management positions in Information Technology such as Director, Application Support, Director, Program Management Executive Director, Information Technology Strategy. During this time, he was responsible for overseeing the governance of a US20 million project portfolio as well as the direct management and oversight of a US125 million capital budget for a multifaceted hotelcasinoretailresidential project in Las Vegas. From 20062008, during the planning and opening stages of MGM MACAU, Mr. Wessel was in the role of Director, Information Technology directing all facets of the technology implementation. He rejoined MGM MACAU as our Vice President of Information Technology in 2011 and in 2013, he became the Senior Vice President, Digital Technology Solutions for MGM China

MGM China Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the MGM China's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: MGM China inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of MGM.
