Stetz became Director of the Company on January 25, 2011. He was appointed Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2007. In that role, Mr. Stetz has oversight responsibility for all aspects of the finance function, including financial reporting, accounting, internal controls and financial systems, the identification of enterprise risks, capital planning, and the performance of the organization’s public accountants.
