Mr. Doug Jones is an Divisional Chief Executive Masswarehouse of Massmart Holdings Limited. He qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1998 Doug moved to Toronto, Canada with Deloitte. After spending a year with MarketLink Enterprises, an eCommerce consultancy, he joined CocaCola Enterprises in Toronto for a number of years before returning to South Africa to join ABI . Doug joined Makro as Finance Director in 2007 and became Commercial Director in 2010. Doug was appointed Divisional Managing Director in September 2012, and joined the Massmart Executive Committee at the same time. He was appointed as Divisional CEO in April 2014, and was Chairman of the Massmart Pension and Provident Funds from 2009 until 2015. since 2015.
