Mr. Raymond B. Ruddy is an Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maximus, Inc. Raymond B. Ruddy has served as one of our directors since 2004 and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2005. Mr. Ruddy retired from MAXIMUS in 2001. Before his retirement Mr. Ruddy served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1985 to 2001 and President of our Consulting Group from 1989 to 2000. From 1969 until he joined us, Mr. Ruddy served in various capacities with Touche Ross Co., including Associate National Director of Consulting from 1982 until 1984 and Director of Management Consulting from 1978 until 1983 since 2018.
