He is one of the founding executives of MOTOR OIL, a member of the Board of Directors since the foundation of the Company. Apart from MOTOR OIL he acted as General Manager for various Vardinogiannis Group companies for many years. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Piraeus Bank. He is Member of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
