Mr. John L. Bowhay is a Senior Vice President Supply Chain Management of the Company. Mr. John previously served as senior vice president of Asia Pacific and Middle East operations since August 2014. Before that, Mr. Bowhay served as vice president of European operations since August 2013. Prior to this role, Mr. Bowhay served as the managing director for our United Kingdom operations and prior to that role, he was the vice president of sales in the U.K. He brings more than 31 years of industry experience and valve expertise to the MRC Global team. Mr. Bowhay attended the London Business School. since 2020.

MRC Global Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the MRC Global's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: MRC Global inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of MRC. The board's role is to monitor MRC Global's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
