Mr. Timothy P. Nash is no longer Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing of the Company, effective June 1, 2019. Mr. Nash was our Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing since November 2000. Mr. Nash also served as our Vice President of Sales from November 1990 to November 2000 and as a Regional Sales Manager from July 1987 to November 1990. Mr. Nash served as a regional sales manager for Overland Express, Inc., a longhaul truckload carrier, from 1986 to 1987.
