Ms. Chew Gek Khim was NonIndependent NonExecutive Chairman of the Board at Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad since May 11, 2016. She had previously been its NonIndependent NonExecutive Director since March 18, 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Laws, National University of Singapore. She is a lawyer by training. She was Chairman of The Straits Trading Company Limited since 24 April 2008, first as NonExecutive and NonIndependent Chairman and then as Executive Chairman since 1 November 2009. Ms Chew is also Executive Chairman of Tecity Group, which she joined in 1987. She is Deputy Chairman of ARA Asset Management Limited, Chairman of ARA Trust Management Limited, and sits on the board of Singapore Exchange Limited. Ms Chew is also Deputy Executive Chairman of Tan Chin Tuan Foundation in Singapore and Chairman of Tan Sri Tan Foundation in Malaysia. She is a Member of the Securities Industry Council of Singapore, the SSO Council and Board of Governors of S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. She was the chairman of the National Environment Agency Board of Singapore from 2008 to 2015. Ms Chew was also previously a director of CapitaLand Retail China Trust and board member of the Singapore Totalisator Board. Ms Chew graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1984. She was awarded the Chevalier de lOrdre National du Write in 2010 and Singapore Businessman of the Year 2014 in 2015. She is Director at ARA Asset Management Limited, Singapore Exchange Limited and The Straits Trading Company Limited. since 2016.

Studio City International Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Studio City's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Studio City inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Studio.
