Mr. William R. Nuti is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to October 2016, Mr. Nuti also served as NCRs President. Mr. Nuti became Chairman of the Board on October 1, 2007. Before joining NCR in August 2005 Mr. Nuti served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Symbol Technologies, Inc., an information technology company. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Symbol Technologies. Mr. Nuti joined Symbol Technologies in 2002 following a 10 plus year career at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he advanced to the dual role of Senior Vice President of the companys Worldwide Service Provider Operations and U.S. Theater Operations. Prior to his Cisco experience Mr. Nuti held sales and management positions at International Business Machines Corporationrationration, Netrix Corporation and Network Equipment Technologies. Mr. Nuti is also a director of Coach, Inc., where he is a member of its Human Resources and Compensation Committee, and of United Continental Holdings, Inc., where he is a member of its Human Resources and Compensation, and Public Responsibility committees. Mr. Nuti previously served as a director of Sprint Nextel Corporationrationration. Mr. Nuti is also a member of the Georgia Institute of Technology advisory board and a trustee of Long Island University since 2016.
