Mr. Choi began his public accounting career in 1989 in the Assurance and Consulting Division of Watkins, Meegan, Drury Co, LLC in Washington D.C., a full service regional accounting and consulting firm specializing in government, financial institutions, and nonprofit organizations. In this role, Mr. Choi had responsibility for auditing banks and government contractors and, as a director incharge of resolution service division, was responsible for receivership accounting and consulting services to failed savings and loan banks for Resolution Trust Corporationrationration and FDIC. After that, Mr. Choi joined Kim Lee, LLP, a KoreanAmerican CPA firm, in 1995 as a partner responsible for the firms audit and consulting practice. Mr. Choi is a graduate of the University of Illinois, at Chicago, receiving both a Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting. Mr. Choi brings to Netlists Board of Directors his significant accounting and financial expertise, as well as his extensive senior management experience.
