Mr. Waddell served as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank from 2008 to 2017 as President of the Corporation and the Bank from 2006 to 2011 and from October to December 2016 as Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation and the Bank from 2006 to 2008 and as Executive Vice President of the Bank from 1997 to 2006 and of the Corporation from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Waddell is a director of AbbVie, Inc. and International Business Machines Corporation since 2018.
