NetSol Technologies Management Efficiency

The company has return on total asset (ROA) of (0.0251) % which means that it has lost $0.0251 on every $100 spent on assets. This is way below average. NetSol Technologies' management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well NetSol Technologies manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities. The value of Return On Tangible Assets is estimated to slide to -0.1. Return On Capital Employed is expected to rise to -0.26 this year. At this time, NetSol Technologies' Non Current Liabilities Total is quite stable compared to the past year. Change To Liabilities is expected to rise to about 5.1 M this year, although the value of Total Current Liabilities will most likely fall to about 14.3 M.
The company currently holds 7.11 M in liabilities with Debt to Equity (D/E) ratio of 0.2, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. NetSol Technologies has a current ratio of 2.32, suggesting that it is liquid enough and is able to pay its financial obligations when due. Debt can assist NetSol Technologies until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, NetSol Technologies' shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like NetSol Technologies sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for NetSol to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about NetSol Technologies' use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
