David Chalupnik - Nuveen Santa Fund Manager

Mr. Chalupnik manages several Santa Barbara Asset Management Dividend Growth strategies. Mr. Chalupnik also oversees the strategic efforts and management of Nuveen Asset Managements equity strategies. He is responsible for the investment process and performance of the firms actively managed equity products. He is also the manager of the Dividend Value and Large Cap Select strategies and related institutional portfolios. Prior to joining the Nuveen in 2002, Mr. Chalupnik served as chief investment officer for Duff Phelps Investment Management Company. David was also head of the equity investment division of Allstate Insurance Company. He began working in the investment industry in 1984. Mr. Chalupnik received a B.S. in Commerce and an M.B.A. from DePaul University. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
