Ms. Hill currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc., a healthcare REIT, and Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporationrationration, a medical device company. She formerly served on the board of St. Jude Medical Corporationrationration., a medical device company from 2007 to 2017 until its sale to Abbott Labs, and Revera Inc., a Canadian company operating over 500 senior facilities throughout Canada, Great Britain and the U.S. from 2010 to 2017.
