Mr. Robert Eugene Joyal is an Independent Director of Ormat Technologies Inc. Mr. Joyal has served as a director of Leucadia National Corporation since March 2013 upon the completion of Leucadias acquisition of Jefferies Group, Inc. Mr. Joyal had served as a director of Jefferies from 2006 until March 2014. Mr. Joyal has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of the following investment funds MassMutual Funds, Babson Capital Corporationrationrate Investors, and Babson Capital Participation Investors. He serves on the Board of Directors of Barings Asset Management Korea and is a member of the investment committee of various funds sponsored by First Israel Mezzanine Investors. He has also been a director of Kimco Insurance Company since 2007. During the past five years, Mr. Joyal served as a member of the Board of Directors of the following public companies, for which he no longer serves as a Director Alabama Aircraft Industries Inc. and Scottish Re Group Ltd since 2012.
