Mr. Ajay Mehra, Ph.D., is an Executive Vice President and President of OSI Solutions Business, Director of the Company. Mr. Mehra is Executive Vice President of the Company and President of OSI Solutions Business. Mr. Mehra joined the Company as Controller in 1989 and served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 1992 until November 2002, when he was named our Executive Vice President. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mehra held various financial positions with ThermadorWaste King, a household appliance company, Presto Food Products, Inc. and United Detector Technology. Mr. Mehra holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Business of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a MBA degree from Pepperdine University. Mr. Mehra was selected to serve as a director because of his financial management experience and management experience within our Company. since 2002.
