Mr. Jack Harrison serves as Independent Director of the company. He served as the founder, president and chief executive officer of Aspen Integrated Technologies, a microelectronic company from 2000 until his retirement in 2011. Mr. Harrison currently serves as the chairman of the board of Reach Beyond, a nonprofit charitable organization of which he was affiliated since 2010. Mr. Harrison also assists OSS with our SkyScale joint venture of which he has a 50 percent ownership interest via his ownership of our joint venture partner, Jacoma Investments, LLC since 2016.

One Stop Systems Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the One Stop's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: One Stop inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of One. The board's role is to monitor One Stop's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. One Stop's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, One Stop's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
