Dr. John W. Sammon, Jr., is Chairman Emeritus of PAR Technology Corporationrationration. Dr. Sammon is the founder of the Company and served as the Companys Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board until he retired from his management role in the Company and stepped down as Chairman of the Board in April 2011. Dr. Sammon also serves as a director on the boards of our subsidiaries PAR Government Systems Corporation and Rome Research Corporationrationration. The extensive experience gained as leader of the Company since its inception, as well as from the various senior executive capacities he has held with the Companys subsidiaries, gives Dr. Sammon an in depth understanding of the Companys business and its customers since 2011.
