Mr. Chad R. Richison is an Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Paycom Software, Inc. He has also served as a member of our Board of Directors since 1998 and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors in August 2016. Mr. Richison began his career in sales with a national payroll and human resources company and a regional payroll company prior to founding Paycom. He received his bachelors degree in mass communicationsjournalism from the University of Central Oklahoma since 2016.
