Mr. RobertJan van de Kraats is Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer of Randstad Holding NV since 2006. He is a certified accountant. He began his career with one of the big four accountancy firms. In 1989 he joined an international technology group as Finance and IT Director for the Netherlands. He held various senior positions with an international credit insurance group from 1994 and in 1999 was appointed CFO and Member of the Managing Board. He joined the Company in 2001 as CFO and Member of the Executive Board and was appointed ViceChairman in 2006. He is responsible for finance accounting tax treasury business risk audit investor relations and shared service centers for the Company. In addition he is responsible for Yacht Netherlands and a number of smaller operating companies such as those in Japan and China. He is also Supervisory Board Member of SNS Reaal. since 2006.
