Radcom Management Efficiency

As of the 24th of April 2024, Return On Tangible Assets is likely to drop to -0.02. In addition to that, Return On Capital Employed is likely to drop to -0.05. At this time, Radcom's Total Assets are very stable compared to the past year. As of the 24th of April 2024, Non Current Assets Total is likely to grow to about 11.5 M, while Other Current Assets are likely to drop about 1.1 M. Radcom's management efficiency ratios could be used to measure how well Radcom manages its routine affairs as well as how well it operates its assets and liabilities.
The company currently holds 2.48 M in liabilities with Debt to Equity (D/E) ratio of 0.02, which may suggest the company is not taking enough advantage from borrowing. Radcom has a current ratio of 4.77, suggesting that it is liquid enough and is able to pay its financial obligations when due. Debt can assist Radcom until it has trouble settling it off, either with new capital or with free cash flow. So, Radcom's shareholders could walk away with nothing if the company can't fulfill its legal obligations to repay debt. However, a more frequent occurrence is when companies like Radcom sell additional shares at bargain prices, diluting existing shareholders. Debt, in this case, can be an excellent and much better tool for Radcom to invest in growth at high rates of return. When we think about Radcom's use of debt, we should always consider it together with cash and equity.
