Mr. Tony A. Jensen is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Royal Gold, Inc. Previously he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August 2003 until June 2006. Mr. Jensen has over 30 years of mining industry experience, including 18 years with Placer Dome Inc. His corporate and operations experience was developed both in the United States and Chile where he occupied several senior management positions in mine production, corporate development and finance. Before joining the Company, he was the Mine General Manager of the Cortez Joint Venture from August 1999 to June 2003. Mr. Jensen was Director, Finance and Strategic Growth and Treasurer for Placer Dome Latin America from 1998 to 1999 and SubGerente General de Operacines for Compania Minera Mantos de Oro, a subsidiary of Placer Dome Latin America from 1995 to 1998 since 2006.
