Mr. Paul C. Reilly serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 1, 2010 and Chairman of the Company Board since 2017. He was Member of the Company Board since January 2, 2006. He previously served as President of our company from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010. Mr. Reilly was a nonemployee, independent director of the company from January 2006 until May 1, 2009 and chaired the Audit Committee from May 21, 2008 until May 1, 2009. Previously, he had served as Executive Chairman of Korn Ferry International from July 1, 2007 to April 30, 2009, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Reilly was Chief Executive Officer of KPMG International from 1998 to 2001. Prior to being named to that position, he was Vice Chairman, Financial Services, of KPMG LLP, the United States member firm of KPMG International. Mr. Reilly is a member of The Florida Council of 100 and of the Financial Services Roundtable. He is also a Director of United Way Suncoast, Chairman of the Tampa Heart Walk for the American Heart Association, and a member of The University of Notre Dame Business Advisory Council. since 2017.
