Mr. Eric B. Stang is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Stang currently serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer of Ooma, Inc., a cloud based communications and connected services company that went public in July 2015. He has held the position of Chairman since December 2014 and the positions of president, chief executive officer and director since January 2009. Prior to joining Ooma, Mr. Stang served as a director, chief executive officer and president of Reliant Technologies, Inc., a developer of medical technology solutions for aesthetic applications, from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Stang previously served as chief executive officer and president of Lexar Media, Inc., a provider of solidstate memory products from 2001 to 2006 and chairman from 2004 to 2006. From September 2013 until May 2017, he served on the board of Invensense, Inc. Mr. Stang also serves on the boards of private companies since 2013.
