Mr. Africks previous public company board service includes Hughes Communications, Inc., where he served as Chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee Hughes Telematics, Inc., where he served as a member of the Compensation Committee and Skyterra Communications Inc., where he was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees. In addition, Mr. Africk serves on several private company boards, and also is a member of the Board of Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and the UCLA Science Board. since 2016.
