He has extensive experience from leadership positions in a variety of fish farming companies and has worked in the industry since 1985. Previous employers include Sparebank 1 MidtNorge and Froya Holding AS Hydro Seafood AS. He holds a Business degree from both Trondheim Business College and University of Trondheim .

Salem Media Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Salem Media's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Salem Media inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Salem.
